This 5 Week Health Refresh Includes:

  • Initial Health Intake to ensure your goals can be addressed immediately upon starting the program.

  • A 45 minute 1:1 check-in with Coach Kirsten anytime you’d like during the program.

  • A dedicated website and private video and voice chat app.

  • Anytime-viewable video posts and communication available for all time zones.

  • Bonus sessions with experts in the health field (live and recorded) to support your learning and growing.

  • Daily support option via video/voice app. Responses to questions given by Kirsten within 24 hours of commenting Mon.-Fri.

  • An optional group to connect with fellow participants throughout the Refresh.

  • Evidence-based and individualized guidance on making realistic, effective shifts towards better health.

  • Consistent support within a judgement-free setting.

  • A dedicated learning platform with videos, downloads and reflections to guide you step-by-step.

  • A variety of resources including a Self-Care Planner Sheet, an editable Habit Tracker and a printable Food and Wellness Journal.

  • Optional add-on of continued support for an additional month through the communications app.

  • Kirsten creates a safe, non-judgmental space to be honest and open about the struggles around wellness.

Sample Program Schedule

  • We start with a commitment form, reflection on identity, self-love, and how to prioritize your own health for the 5 week program and beyond.

  • Our first topic of focus looks at why we need good self-care practices and HOW to fit it into our busy lives!

  • This module takes into consideration our dietary preferences, lifestyle, and realistic ways to improve our nutrition.

  • This week, we discuss how to move our bodies in a way that we enjoy, and that fits into our busy schedules.

  • We spend time this week working on ways to manage our stress so that we can really enjoy life, and thrive!

  • As we tweak, enhance and build habits around various areas of our health, we wrap up the work by discussing ways we can sustain these changes and build on them in the future.
