Initial Health Intake to ensure your goals can be addressed immediately upon starting the program.

A 45 minute 1:1 check-in with Coach Kirsten anytime you’d like during the program.

A dedicated website, private video and voice chat app – NO FACEBOOK or social media used in the program.

Anytime-viewable video posts and communication available for all time zones.

Bonus sessions with experts in the health field (live and recorded) to support your learning and growing.

Daily support option via video/voice app. Responses to questions given by Kirsten within 24 hours of commenting Monday-Friday.

An optional group to connect with fellow participants throughout the Refresh.

Optional: Additional 1 Month Accountability. Participants can continue support for an additional month through the dedicated coaching app.

We’ll get started with a Commitment Form and do some reflection on identity, self-love, and how to prioritize your own health this month and beyond.

Our first full week we focus on why we need to refocus on ourselves, and HOW to find the time, space and energy to do it!

We’ll go back to the basics of nutrition and build a plan based on your unique needs and lifestyle.

In this module, we’ll identify what exercises we enjoy, what works for our bodies, and what fits into our busy lives.

High levels of stress can quickly unravel the best laid plans. We identify ways to manage stress, and ensure that we’re living with more ease.

As we prepare to wrap up, this module discusses techniques to help sustain the habits we are forming in order to create a lifestyle inline with our health goals.
